How often should the machine be cleaned?

Every 2 to 3 weeks you should do a deep clean, and rinse out the machine with hot water between flavor changes.

Should the machine be washed before using?

Yes, you should wash and rinse the machine before using to make sure nothing fell in the machine during the packing process.

Can I soak the machine parts in bleach to remove stains?

You should never use bleach or soak plastic parts in bleach to clean. Warm soapy water should be used instead.
